So You Think You Knew Entrecard?

EntrecardEntrecard is another social networking innovation through internet. The Entrecard concept was firstly launched during the late November 2007 and now achieving more than 10,000 active blogs.

Entrecard is like your own business card, except that your "Blog" IS your business card. Graham Langdon (Entrecard founder) founds out the rapid improvement of blogging activity in global scale. There are millions of blogger around the world but only few are "getting noticed".

The Entrecard's system in summary:

  1. Register your blog as an Entrecard Member
  2. Classify your blog genre in a category
  3. Create your 125 x 125 pixels of Entrecard's card of your blog
  4. Choose and embed an Entrecard's widget for your blog
  5. Drop your card in other member's blog by clicking "Drop" button at their Entrecard's widget and receive 1 Entrecard's credit
  6. Receive 1 Entrecard's credit for every drop you received from other Entrecard members
  7. Advertise your blog by buying an ads in other Entrecard members
  8. Selling your Entrecard's credit for real money
  9. Selling your service with Entrecard's credits as term of payment
The benefits you got from joining Entrecard:
  1. Instant traffic increases
  2. Simplified advertisement method
  3. Intense networking, free exposure
The disadvantages from joining Entrecard:
  1. Lots of junk traffic, visitors who only come to drop their cards on yours
  2. Questioned rate of Entrecard's credits with real money
Joining Entrecard can speed up your blog traffic drastically if you are constantly dropping your cards in other member's blog. If you drop your card in other member's blog, your card will appear in their member's dashboard as incoming drop. They can easily "drop back" your drop by clicking those cards in their dashboard. It is very convenient system and has proven to be the most effective way to gain extra traffic.
